Vale returned seven of the 15 floors in the Oscar Niemeyer Tower in Botafogo, Rio de Janeiro. According to information, the change is due to the adoption of a flexible working model, which had been planned before COVID-19.

The new model includes remote working for supporting roles and creating a hub for employee activities in the current space. To use the area, you will need to make a reservation via an app.

The working model will also be applied at the company's facilities in Nova Lima, in the metropolitan region of Belo Horizonte (MG).
