Nexpe was born with the ambition to break new ground in the real estate market

Brasil Brokers, a traditional real estate company operating on several business fronts, now serves as Nexpe. The name change goes far beyond a marketing repositioning. It represents the beginning of a new phase of the company marked by the intensive use of technology and an environment guided by innovation.

Nexpe was designed and developed as a proptech; the name was given to startups in the real estate market that use technologies such as blockchain, artificial intelligence, internet of things, and management software, among others, to offer innovative services and products to the sector.

In order for new ideas and intensive use of technology to reach all companies within the Group, Nexpe is now the platform that encompasses seven other companies: Abyara, Desenrola, Bamberg, Convivera, CrediMorar, Brasil Brokers (the namesake of the former holding company), and the recently created Savye.

"It was a transformative effort that began with the creation of a fintech and a company to operate in the secondary and rental markets, but with a technological bias. They were successful and culminated in a larger project, Nexpe, which came to fruition this year", comments Carlos Bacetti, Director of Technology and Innovation at the Nexpe Group.
