Last month, the Iguatemi shopping centre chain announced the acquisition of 36% of JK Iguatemi, becoming the full proprietor. JK Iguatemi was delivered in June 2012 with more than 34 thousand sq metres of GLA (Gross Leasable Area). According to the Market Analytics platform, the development is classified as A by SiiLA.

Within the company's portfolio, there are other shopping centres in which Iguatemi is the owner in its entirety. Here are some of them:

Market Place Shopping Center

Delivered in September 1995, the property is located on Avenida Chucri Zaidan in São Paulo (SP) and has 26,882 sq metres of GLA (Gross Leasable Area). The development is considered a class B.

Galleria Shopping

Located on Rodovia Dom Pedro I, at km 131.5, in Campinas (SP), this property was delivered in October 1992. With 33,142 sq metres of GLA, the asset is also considered a class B.

Iguatemi Esplanade

The class A shopping centre was delivered in September 1992 with 64,809 sq metres and is located in Sorocaba (SP), more precisely on Avenida Professora Izoraida Marques Peres.
