06/14/2021 In the post-pandemic period, offices should be much more spaces for the teams to interact with less for work itself, according to Andries Oudshoorn, CEO of OLX Brasil. "I believe it will be a meeting place, to develop the feeling of belonging, for people to meet, have a coffee, and also to hold more strategic and creative meetings. It will change the role I had.
According to him, the trend is for the corporate site to undergo structural changes, becoming broader and more open and receiving more living areas, chats and events, and fewer tables and rooms.
