São Paulo was the only city in Brazil to have new office stock in the first quarter of 2024, according to the latest market statistics from the Market Analytics platform.
In total, the city's stock grew by 25,000 square meters, spread across three developments in the regions of Marginal Pinheiros, Pinheiros, and Faria Lima. Today, there are over 8.846 million square meters of corporate space mapped by SiiLA's intelligence solution.

Estaiada Corporate
Delivered in February, Estaiada Corporate is a 13,700 square meter asset owned by Stan Empreendimentos e Participações. The building is located in the Marginal Pinheiros region, near the Estaiada Bridge.
Waldyr Beira Building
Waldyr Beira was also delivered in February and was the only one to debut in the market with pre-leasing. The 7,200 square meter development is located in the Pinheiros region and belongs to Pedra Forte Incorporações.
PVN Corporate Boutique
The third and final development delivered in the first quarter of this year was PVN Corporate Boutique. The asset has been available since March and has 4,000 square meters of private area, located in the Faria Lima region. The property was developed by RBR Asset Management.
