Faria Lima Plaza

The Faria Lima Plaza is yet another building located in the west zone of São Paulo in the Faria Lima region, delivered in March 2022. The property, class A+, has 32,744 sq. meters of private area split into 20 floors. 

Sky Galleria

Moving to Campinas (SP), we have the Sky Galleria, located next to the Galleria Shopping. Delivered in August 2022, the property is classified as A+ and has 14,204 sq. meters of total private area split into 15 floors.

E2 Viracopos

Also, in Campinas (SP), the E2 Viracopos was delivered in March 2022 with 4,512 sq. meters of total private area split into two floors.

In addition to those listed above, it is worth mentioning the Bravo! Paulista (retrofit) and Alto das Nações - Torre Mista were also delivered in 2022.
