Through a notice to the market, FII Vinci Offices, da Vinci Partners, informed the market last Friday (19) of the change in the lease agreement for Vita Corá, located in the Pinheiros region.

The ground floor and the first floor of the building, previously controlled by WeWork, will be controlled by Fundo Abril Comunicações S.A., which will house the headquarters and a group studio.

However, WeWork will keep the 4th, 5th, and 6th floors.
