The One property announces a new tenant
- A company from the financial sector occupies a suite on the property.

02/07/2023 The One building has a new tenant, IRIS 3P, a financial company linked to BTG. The company rented a suite on the third floor of the building with 316.32 sq. meters of private area.
The contract has a duration of 60 months and started yesterday, February 6th.
According to the SiiLA Market Analytics platform, The One building is a class A+ asset located in the Faria Lima region, with 12,223 sq. meters of private area, on 10 floors.
Now, the company will share the building with other companies, such as Warner Media, Lego Brasil, Monte Bravo, and others.
