Outlet near Guarulhos airport opens with 90 stores, mini-farm and leisure area

09/08/2020 The investment manager Iron Capital opened on Friday (4), in Guarulhos, the Smart Outlets, a mall with 90 stores, 30 kiosks, and 2 theme parks. Based on the American model of shopping centers with discounted products, the project received an investment of R$200 million from its investment manager for its construction. Smart Outlets, located at kilometer 214 of the Presidente Dutra highway, about ten minutes from Guarulhos international airport and 25 minutes from São Paulo's city center.
