The shopping center manager Partage will invest around R$300 million in a new shopping center in São Paulo. Located on Avenida do Estado, the development offers a mix that combines shopping, leisure, and entertainment. The project has 44 thousand m² of GLA and will be built in the district of Cambuci and focused on the A/B public.The Partage Shopping São Paulo project includes large spaces integrated into the Cambuci neighborhood, with easy access to Mooca, Aclimação, and Ipiranga. The shopping center will have approximately 250 stores, along with restaurants, cinemas, and operations focused on entertainment and leisure. Delivery is scheduled for the second half of 2024.
