The construction company Passarelli Engenharia launched last weekend a residential project that marks its resumption in the development market. The Pinheiros by Passarelli building, with 263 units and a potential general sales value (PSV) of R$ 100 million, is the first since the creation of Passarelli Incorporação, an arm of the group that will operate as an independent company, according to Paulo Bittar, president of the company.

Leading the new area is the civil engineer Andreia Cardoso, who made her career as national development manager at Tenda, now controlled by Gafisa, development superintendent at Brookfield (now Tegra), and real estate director at Capital Invest and the Big group.

Passarelli, which completes nine decades of operations in 2022, has integrated residential and commercial projects on a timely basis and in partnership with other companies.
