PDG changes its name to ix.incorporadora

The company informed the market of its new name: ix.incorporadora.

PDG, a real estate developer that became the largest in the Brazilian market in 2011, overtaking traditional names like Cyrela, which no longer exists as a brand.

The company informed the market of its new name: ix.incorporadora.

The change follows a new era of the developer, which came out of judicial recovery in October after four years, and intends to launch again next month, more than seven years after its last project.

Executive director Augusto Reis states that the new brand results from a strategic repositioning, which began being developed in the first half of last year.The new name will already be used in the planned launch, a project with a general sale value of R$ 60 million in Tatuapé, east of São Paulo.
