Operations - the East Zone of the city of São Paulo - will deliver, this semester, the first two corporate projects in the region. Sold in their entirety to various investors, whose names are not disclosed, the two projects hit the market with the lease of a relevant slice of commercial slabs.

With a General Sales Value (PSV) of R$ 177 million, the Crona 665 hits the market next month. The Platina 2022, whose delivery is scheduled for June, will be the tallest building in the capital of São Paulo, with 46 floors and 172 meters in height, according to Mila Soares, superintendent of development and new businesses at Porte. This is a project with a PSV of R$ 400 million.

The Crona building - exclusively corporate - will have a slab of 800 sq metres. In Platina, mixed-use, with a corporate part, commercial rooms, residential part, hotel and shops, the slabs are 500 sq metres .

“With the covid-19 pandemic, many companies started to think about having satellites for their offices in the East and West zones”, says the executive. The decentralization of offices facilitates the displacement of employees and allows time gain for part of the employees.
