With these three new achievements, Prologis now has 11 LEED Platinum certifications. For the company, distribution centres and logistics warehouses have a permanent impact on the environment. In this way, for each construction or renovation, Prologis seeks to integrate design and sustainable construction practices in line with the company's global standards and focus on LEED certification.
The newly certified warehouses considered the following sustainability guidelines in their projects: location, energy and water efficiency, and spaces designed for employees and well-being inside the warehouse.
