Prologis property achieves LEED certification

Prologis has announced that Prologis Cajamar II logistic warehouse has achieved a LEED certification, the LEED Zero Energy, which confirms that all CO2 emissions from energy consumption have been properly offset.

LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environment Design) is the most internationally recognized eco-label, and we've previously discussed some types of certification in this content.

Prologis Cajamar II is a Class A+ property with over 260,000 m² of GLA (Gross Leasable Area), located in the city of Cajamar, in the state of São Paulo.
