The developer and manager of the logistics warehouses Prologis started the construction of a logistic warehouse in Cotia in the state of São Paulo called Prologis Raposo 39.

According to SiiLA's Market Analytics platform, the property will have around 80,500 m² of GLA (Gross Lettable Area), located at KM 39 of the Raposo Tavares highway, and is ranked as a class A development.

The project will join the company's portfolio, which currently has 1.5 million m² in the country.

"After market research, we identified that this is a region with a demand for high-end spaces, and, based on this perception, we started this new project. We believe that the good location and the high quality that our developments offer will make this new park a success", states Armando Fregoso, SVP, Country Manager at Prologis in Brazil.
