In total, Qualicity occupies an area of 3,145 square meters, spanning the ground floor and three additional floors. The new space will also feature amenities such as a barber shop, beauty salon, and others. According to data from the SiiLA Market Analytics platform, the Downtown region has an approximately 85% occupancy rate for corporate office floors.

Alongside the announcement, Qualicorp revealed the new address of its administrative headquarters, which will be located at Edifício Paulista 475, in front of Brigadeiro Metro Station.
