Quilombo introduces commercial real estate projects at an event

09/29/2022 On the morning of last Wednesday (28), Quilombo Empreendimentos e Participações brought real estate professionals to present projects for commercial, office and logistics assets. The event took place at the Ronaldo Sampaio Ferreira building in São Paulo.
Renan Vaz, Quilombo's Real Estate Director, showed the presentation and provided details of the planned projects, including office buildings on Avenida Rebouças and a logistics complex with approximately 100,000 sq metres in GLA, which is currently being approved and must be built in the region of Guarulhos.
Responsible for managing the company's assets, Jaqueline Rodrigues showed some availability and invited event participants to visit the 12th floor of the enterprise, which is available for lease.
According to SiiLA's Market Analytics platform, the asset is classified as an B and has Athie Wohnrath among its occupants.
