Last Thursday (01), RBR LOG informed, through a relevant fact, the acquisition of 50% of the development located in Franco da Rocha, in the Cajamar region, the WTLog RBR I. The other 50% belong to WTorre.

Close to São Paulo's capital, Cajamar, stood out as the largest market for logistics warehouses in Brazil, having received distribution centers from large companies such as Mercado Livre, B2W, Amazon, and Leroy Merlin.

The first phase of the project, with 45 thousand square meters, is scheduled for this year. The second phase is scheduled for the first quarter of 2022.

The logistics project will have an estimated built area of around 121,769 square meters and will be the first RBR Log project with LEED certification for portfolio sustainability.

According to the most recent data from the SiiLA platform, the region's asking price is R$19.50 per square meters.

The total amount of the transaction will consist of a fixed component and a variable component. The fixed part is valued at R$ 164,969,591, and the variable component will be determined according to the value of the project's future leases.
