The B3 Real Estate Funds Index (Ifix) ended the session on Monday (1st) with a drop of 0.38%, at 2,803 points.With an appreciation of 3.02%, VBI Prime Properties (PVBI11), a fund that invests in offices, was the highlight.
Urca Prime Renda (URPR11), in turn, recorded the worst performance of the trading session, with a drop of 3.21%.
URPR11 aims to invest in real estate receivables certificates (CRIs).
