In recent weeks, Riachuelo entered into a lease agreement in the Pinheiros One building, located in the Butantã district of São Paulo. The retailer leased four entire project floors, totaling more than 5 thousand aq meters of BOMA area.

Braskem is the main occupant of the project, which has LEED Gold construction certification. According to the SiiLA Market Analytics platform, Pinheiros One was delivered in 2013 and is considered a high-end property. There are 18 floors and more than 25 thousand sq meters of total private area.
