Rio Bravo inaugurates the first building of its Real Estate Residential Fund

The Rio Bravo Income Residential launched its first project, the Urbic Vila Mariana, in São Paulo.
From the 8th of June, Nomah, a startup focused on managing and transforming residential assets, has been providing services for the commercialization operations of the 56 residential units in the building.
The fund, a previously owned stake in three residential properties under development in São Paulo, is replaced by its first operating assets, generating income from leases.
