With a total area of 145 thousand m², Shopping Interlagos is once again under single ownership. Ancar Ivanhoe is selling its stake in the shopping mall to Grupo Savoy, which now owns 100% of the property.
Exclusive information obtained by the SiiLA team shows that the transaction value exceeded R$ 560 million, with a cap rate of 7.5%. Subscribers of the Market Analytics platform have full access to the details and conditions of the sale.
The transaction marks the return of full control of the mall to the Salomone family, founders of Grupo Savoy—one of the most traditional real estate families in Brazil. In addition to Shopping Interlagos, the group controls Shopping Aricanduva, Central Plaza, Novo Shopping Center Ribeirão Preto, and other properties.
Beyond shopping mall, the company also specializes in retail stores, real estate brokerage, and the development of warehouses and distribution centers.
Opened in 1988 by the Salomone family, Shopping Interlagos had part of its ownership acquired by São Marcos Empreendimentos Imobiliários, which purchased a 50% stake through the acquisition of shares.
In 2008, Ancar Ivanhoe acquired this stake from São Marcos, causing friction between the original owners and the Salomone family. Grupo Savoy claimed it had the right of first refusal to purchase the stake, but after a legal dispute that lasted from 2008 to 2017, the courts allowed the sale to Ancar.
Now, in 2025, Grupo Savoy has finalized the repurchase of the stake previously acquired by Ancar, regaining full control of the shopping mall.
