Sequóia Properties has seen business lines expand, starting with real estate management. In 2021, there were 349 residential and commercial properties under its management, valued at R$560 million. A year later, there are 450 properties, which together are worth R$ 770 million. The expansion rose organically, attracting wealthy people and family offices searching for professional management of their assets.

With high-interest rates, many investors took resources from the financial market to invest their money in bricks, a trend that should continue in the coming quarters, according to the CEO of Sequóia, Joaquim Azevedo.

The portfolio under the management of the company contains several units: i.e. the building in which the Lourenço Castanho School operates in Vila Nova Conceição; a building with 44 furnished apartments for rent in Pinheiros; and an industrial warehouse leased to Total Química, in Embu das Artes.
