Last Friday (24), there was a technical visit to close the Logistics module of SiiLA ACADEMY, a professional course focused on the Real Estate market. After eight online classes, the module students visited the Extrema Business Park condominium invited by Fulwood.

Based in Extrema, Minas Gerais, Extrema Business Park is a development classified as A by the Market Analytics platform of SiiLA, with 12 meters of ceiling height, cross-docking, and helipad, among other specifications that place the property within the high standard category for logistics.

The students had a welcoming breakfast, followed by a guided tour by Fulwood's directors, Mariana Schilis and Fernando Schilis, in addition to André Mazzaro, the company's Property Manager.

Along the way, Mazzaro explained the asset's differentials and spoke about the efficiency of the warehouses, and security system, among other specifications that complemented the topics previously covered in the course's online classes.

Students also had the opportunity to get to know a tenant e-commerce operation at Extrema Business Park. The visit ended on the mezzanine floor of the warehouse, where Mariana gave an institutional presentation of Fulwood and Giancarlo Nicastro, CEO of SiiLA, delivered certificates of completion to the participants.
