SiiLA ACADEMY - Offices: students visit Thera Corporate to close the course

Barzel Properties sponsored this module edition. The students got a guided tour of the company, located in the Berrini region, one of the leading office areas in the capital.

Bruno Turaça, Barzel's Portfolio Director, showed the building's differentials, bringing details of the asset's history and guided the students during the visit, which had a passage through the helipad, a ready-to-use slab, another furnished, in addition to common areas, such as parking, bicycle storage, living area and others.

Delivered in 2014, Thera Corporate is a development rated A+ by SiiLA's Market Analytics platform. With a total private area of 28,359 sq metres, a ceiling height of 2.75 metres and 15 floors, the building has 24-hour security, a generator and sustainability certification.

With ample parking, a space that provides charging for electric vehicles and a capacity for 884 cars, the building has changing rooms, ample bicycle storage and amenities services, such as laundry, for the comfort of tenants. The visit to Thera Corporate was part of the course program, as a conclusion to the content presented in 8 online classes by the CEO of SiiLA, Giancarlo Nicastro, and renowned professionals in the market who joined as guest professors. At the end of the visit, the students obtained the course's certificate of completion, accounting for 12 hours of online classes.
