SiiLA, a leading us-based real estate company providing a suite of cloud-based solutions of data, analytics, and intelligence for Latin America’s commercial real estate market, announces its new brand positioning as part of its expansion efforts in 2022.

Beginning January 2022, the company will replace the name of its regional offices (SiiLA Brasil, SiiLA México and SiiLA Colombia), and each will now adopt the name, SiiLA.

This is a strategic move for the company, as it continues its exponential growth throughout Latin America – allowing for all regional operations to be housed under one umbrella.

The company opened its first market, Brazil, in 2015, and quickly became the leader in providing commercial real estate intelligence to institutional investors, lenders, service providers and other key industry players.

SiiLA has since opened its Mexico operation in 2018 and is expanding its footprint to Colombia in 2022.

With this change, comes exciting leadership moves as well. Giancarlo Nicastro will now assume the role of, CEO of SiiLA, overseeing SiiLA’s operatings in Latin America. Nicastro previously served as CEO of SiiLA Brasil since 2015.

SiiLA is the undisputed leader in real estate solutions for Latin America. Our mission to provide transparency in the market through a best-in-class research methodology, objective and precise data, and tech-enabled analytical tools has revolutionized the way top players make informed decisions. The pandemic has brought many challenges to our industry, but one thing has proven true, access to quality information in times of uncertainty is paramount. In 2021, SiiLA celebrated its 6th year of operation, and although we’ve faced many challenges, fortunately we continue to grow! Our company’s revenues have grown over 50% between 2020 and 2021! says Nicastro.

Additionally, Alejandro Delgado, now takes the helm as Country Manager México of SiiLA, leading day-to-day operations, including the exciting launch of products such as SiiLA SPOT, an advertising platform for commercial real estate. This follows on the heels of a successful launch of the product in Brazil in 2019.
