SiiLA Introduces Advanced Courses for the Real Estate Market
- This time, the courses will be paid for and offered in two modalities: Office and Logistics. The classes will be taught by the CEO of the company.

SiiLA, a company specializing in real estate market research and analysis in Latin America, announces the launch of advanced professional courses for Real Estate professionals. These courses will be conducted live via video conferencing platform from August to October 2021.
Following the positive response to the first edition of SiiLA ACADEMY held in April 2020, just days after the escalation of the Covid-19 pandemic in the country, the program is being continued. "At that time, we launched a free introductory course on basic concepts of the commercial real estate market. The success of the course and the feedback from our clients motivated us to develop the advanced module of ACADEMY," says Giancarlo Nicastro, CEO of SiiLA Brasil.
"We also noticed that the Real Estate market still lacks training courses. By listening to our students, we identified the need to offer more in-depth knowledge on the subject to our clients and the general public," adds the executive.
This time, the courses will be paid for and offered in two modalities: Office and Logistics. The classes will be taught by the CEO of the company himself, who has over 15 years of experience in the commercial real estate market and is responsible for all operations at SiiLA Brasil. The executive is also a trusted source of information for the press and real estate conferences. In some sessions of the program, Giancarlo will be joined by guest professors with expertise in the Real Estate market.
Registrations are already open and will close on August 9th or when the maximum capacity for each class is reached. In total, there will be 8 virtual sessions and a technical visit to São Paulo.
Participants will receive a course completion certificate and an e-book with a comprehensive market analysis.
In these courses, students will have the opportunity to deepen their knowledge of key concepts, fundamentals, market definitions, and their applications in the real estate market for each segment. Additionally, topics such as Data Analytics, Capital Markets, REITs, and other relevant subjects for the Real Estate market will be covered.
