BTG Pactual informed through a relevant fact issued last Friday (07) that FII Cyrela Thera Corporate, owner of 5 floors of the Thera Corporate Building, signed a lease for set 31 and part of the 32 for the tenant Sony Pictures.

The class A + development located in the Berrini region has 15 floors and is certified for sustainability. Close to key avenues such as President Juscelino Kubitschek, Brigadeiro Faria Lima, Journalist Roberto Marinho, and Nações Unidas (Marginal Pinheiros), the building is well located.
