The city of Penha, in Santa Catarina, will have one of the largest multi-property developments in the country by 2025, Amazon Parques & Resorts, in an area of 90 thousand sq metres, with 699 apartments in three towers. The place is just minutes from Beto Carrero World Park and will also have an Amazon theme park. The work will start in October this year by Blumenau's Stein Empreendimentos with investments from the North American holding company Amazon Fun Parks.

"Timeshare properties grew 17% in Brazil last year and generated R$ 28.3 billion in business generations. It is a recently regulated model with a high potential for appreciation of the deeds fraction, and that follows the real estate potential of the Santa Catarina region, making it more accessible to investors. In addition, it offers greater liquidity lower maintenance costs - as commonly occurs in beach properties. It will have hotel management, generating rental income for the owner or access to the international network of accredited multi-property ventures in case the owner wishes to take advantage of another property. Destination", explains the president of the board of directors of Amazon Parques & Resorts, Roberto Kwon.
