São Paulo has just received a new unit from Spaces, the coworking chain of the IWG group, which also maintains other brands of flexible spaces such as Regus, HQ and No18. Located in Alameda Santos, in the Paulista region, in São Paulo, this new Spaces centre holds five floors of the Victória Plaza development.

"The launch of Spaces - Alameda Santos marks a crucial moment in expanding the IWG group in Brazil. Not only because it takes the brand that brings the modernity of workspaces to the more traditional region of São Paulo, but also confirms our leadership and protagonism even in difficult economic times ", says Tiago Alves, CEO of IWG.

Flexible spaces and coworking are becoming increasingly attractive to companies and professionals seeking new options in their search for an office. Among the advantages are contract flexibility and ease of occupancy, as well as the peace of mind that comes with finding a space ready for use, without concerns about infrastructure and maintenance.

In São Paulo, the current Spaces units are located in the Berrini, Vila Olímpia, and Vila Madalena regions.
