Syslog Galeão - Duque de Caxias gets a new tenant

In a statement issued to the market on July 5th, XP Log informed that it has entered into a Non-Residential Lease Agreement with FACI.LY Soluções.
The company operates in the social commerce field and will occupy an area of 8,020.49 square metres related to the A4 module of the logistics condominium.
The development in Duque de Caxias, Rio de Janeiro ranked Class A and has tenants such as Superprix Lojas de Alimentos, Eletrobras, Roja Distribuidora, Total Alimentos and Premier Pet.
