The selected renovation area was the home of a building materials store. The project was designed by the architecture and design firm Broadway Malyan,focusing on open spaces, biophilia, and natural lighting.

With the renovation, the mall got 29 new operations, with 99% already leased by Decathlon, Westwing, and Daiso, as well as companies in the food sector, suchas Laboratório do Gosto.

The new stores occupy 3,786 sq meters of GLA, with one anchor store, three megastores, and seven satellite stores.
