Tecnisa invests in coworking and buys 25% of BoxOffice

Tecnisa acquired 25% of the “proptech” BoxOffice Soluções em Mobilidade. With the acquisition, the developer intends to expand its operations in the "coworking" segment and, who knows, be part of a business that may, in the future, become bigger than its main business - the development, production and sale of residential properties. "The goal is for the platform to turn into a unicorn," says Tecnisa's president, Joseph Nigri.
