Tecumseh should earn R$1 billion this year from refrigeration demand

Tecumseh is a hermetic compressor manufacturer that recently completed 50 years in the market. In 2021, the company earned R$968 million. This year, the company forecasts revenues of R$ 1 billion. The forecast is based on the high demand for commercial refrigeration, including exports.

Tecumseh's headquarters in São Carlos is in the State of São Paulo. The company, of American origin, has been in Brazil for five years and has more than 2,000 employees in the country. In all, the investment in the operation here has already surpassed the mark of US$ 300 million.

For the future, the company has as one of its objectives to expand its product portfolio, in addition to investing R$ 74 million by 2025.
