Tellus acquires seven corporate slabs in the Fujitsu Building
Tellus Properties informed through a Material Fact issued on Thursday (24) the conclusion of the acquisition of 7 corporate slabs of the Fujitsu Building.
The 14 floors class B development is located in the central region of São Paulo. In addition to Fujitsu Brasil, the building has two other renters: NKS Brasil and Pioneer Brasil.
The purchase and sale agreement for the units purchased from Fujitsu do Brasil Ltda. was celebrated for the total price of R$ 50,000,000.00 in the Sale & Leaseback modality.
