The investment management firm Tellus has executed a strategic headquarters relocation, while remaining within its familiar territory, the Faria Lima district in São Paulo. Faria Lima is one of São Paulo's foremost Central Business Districts (CBDs), hosting a multitude of multinational corporations.
Formerly situated in the San Paolo building, occupying a 270 m² area, the company has now transitioned to a more spacious office spanning 377 m², located in the Os Bandeirantes building along the Faria Lima avenue, directly opposite the Iguatemi Shopping Mall. The tenant profile of this establishment is primarily composed of firms operating in the financial sector. According to Tellus, the pivotal factor for this move was the size of the new office, as the company required a more expansive space to facilitate its operations.
This spatial transition has been accompanied by a contemporary and functional new layout, offering an increased number of workstations, meeting rooms, and individual cabins for online meetings, known as "Phones Booths."
Tellus has highlighted that the property selection was also driven by its alignment with ESG practices, as the building is undergoing a modernization process for its air conditioning system and is projected to achieve LEED certification.
