Named Platinum 220, the new tallest building in São Paulo is part of a mixed-use complex and is already confirmed to open this month. On Bom Sucesso street, the development combines corporate, residential, and commercial areas and a hotel in the same location.

With 172 meters, the building will have 50 floors, divided between the areas listed above. The Platina 220 takes the highest post after surpassing 200 centimetres; the Mirante do Vale, located in the city centre.

According to data from SiiLA's Market Analytics platform, there will be 12 floors dedicated to the corporate sector, adding more than 10,000 sq metres to the available area of new stock for the region.
