The platform said it would invest in supply networks to support online commerce this time. With this, TikTok plans to support brands and retailers with returns, storage, delivery and fulfilment processes.
For TikTok, the strategy is still to offer a shopping experience that is satisfactory for customers and will contribute to the sustainable growth of the platform.
