The thesis that the offices are doomed because of the strengthening of remote work is not enough to persuade the president of Tishman Speyer Properties in Brazil, Daniel Cherman. Whether out of optimism or self-protection instinct, the exec, who has more than R$2 billion under management, sees the recovery of the commercial real estate segment as of the second half. "Just as they said that coworking was going to kill offices, the remote work will be part of the companies' solution," he said.
