Tomasetto Engenharia invests R$28 million in Logistics Centre

Tomasetto Engenharia announced an investment of R$28 million for the construction of a Logistics Centre. An 11 hectares area in Alvorada, on the edge of Gravataí, with access to the ERS-118 and 1.5 km from the freeway. The venture is the first in this segment carried out by the family-owned company from Veranópolis (RS), which has been engaged in the construction and development of residential and commercial properties for 39 years. They will lease the new space in the Metropolitan Region.
According to Romeu Tomasetto, the company's commercial director, the Logistics Centre will control 18.5 thousand square meters of built area. It will have a pavilion, separated into modules, with 2 thousand to 16 thousand square meters. Tomasetto informs they acquired the area before the pandemic, and the demand of large companies for logistics centers accelerated the project.
