Top five logistics warehouses and office transactions in 2022

  • First place exceeds the value of R$ 800 million.

Continuing our series of the most significant transactions in the commercial real estate market, after talking about the top 5 malls here at SiiLA REsource, we will list those in the logistics warehouse and office sectors.

5th place: Clariant (Offices)

Starting our list, we have the Clariant building at Santo Amaro, São Paulo. In September 2022, ALZR11 - Alianza Trust Renda Imobiliária FII sold the building for R$ 203,300,000.00.

4th place: Parque Torino (Logistic Warehouses)

In July 2022, the HGLG11 - CSHG LOGÍSTICA fund acquired 47.88% of the property, with 40% referring to the participation of LogCP - Log Commercial Properties in the SPE that owns the property and 7.88% of the participation of Gatti Engenharia of the involvement in the same SPE, for the total amount of R$ 209,108,394.00. Parque Torino is located in Betim, Minas Gerais.

3rd place: JK Complex – Block B (Offices)

In the last quarter of 2022, in November, the Real Estate Investment Fund VBI Prime Properties sold 20% of the JK Complex - Block B (Daslu) for R$ 237,076,200.00. The property is located in São Paulo, in the JK region.

2nd place: PIB – Betim Industrial Park – Phase 3 (Logistics Warehouses)

In the third quarter of 2022, in September, the HGLG11 - CSHG LOGÍSTICA fund completed the acquisition of 100% of the property, developed by LogCP - Log Commercial Properties in BTS format for Mercado Livre, a major player in the E-commerce market, by the total amount of R$ 253,561,305.50. Betim Industrial Park is located in Betim, Minas Gerais.

1st place: Infinity Tower (Offices)

Here is the winner of our list, who recently made the news here at SiiLA Insights due to the announcement by Meta (owner of Facebook), informed that she will leave the slabs she occupies in the development. In May 2022, GTIS sold 62% of the Infinity Tower building for the amount of R$ 850,000,000.00. The asset is located in the Itaim Bibi region in São Paulo.
