Umuarama’s first mall will launch in 2021

The first shopping center in Umuarama, Paraná is expected to launch in the first half of 2021.
With 66 thousand square meters built and 24,400 square meters of GLA, the new development will have 120 stores, including five anchor stores, five megastores, 20 options in the food court, four movie theatres, and almost 1,000 parking spaces.
