Unilever returns four sets in WT Morumbi

In a Material Fact disclosed this Monday (02), Hedge Investments informed that it had received a Notification of Partial Return, sent by Unilever Brasil, which announces the termination of the contracts 701B, 801B, 901B and 1001B, located in wing B of the WT Morumbi condominium.

In the same building, the company continues to occupy the other five rooms in which it's already in place.

The vacancy is scheduled for January 2022, as the lessee will have six months' notice. According to data and analysis by SiiLA, the tower located in the Chucri Zaidan region is class A+ and has 41,827 square meters of total private area. It has occupants such as Brookfield, Wework, Tegra, Veritas and HDI Seguros.
