VBI Real Estate announces acquisition of sets of properties

02/03/2023 VBI Real Estate announced in a relevant fact the acquisition of sets of properties on Vila Olímpia Corporate (tower B) at Vila Olímpia, São Paulo.
The amount of R$ 202,176,000.00 was paid in cash and Fund shares. From the date of Taking Possession, the Fund will be subrogated in all lease agreements for the sets, receiving all resulting revenues.
According to data from the SiiLA Market Analytics platform, Vila Olímpia Corporate (tower B) has 18,072 sq. meters of private area split into 21 floors. The asset is rated in the highest class of corporate real estate, A+.
