CNT, Via's logistics startup (owner of the Casas Bahia, Ponto and Extra.com.br brands), announced that it would take over the entire e-commerce operation of Mallory, one of the leading manufacturers of home appliances small appliances in Brazil. This is the first contract in this format, since the acquisition of the logistics company, in January, by Via.

In its distribution centre (DC), Via already performed the fulfilment service for Mallory, which had a factory in Maranguape, in the Greater Fortaleza region, in Ceará. Now with full commerce, Via/CNT will be responsible for the entire site operation, which includes planning, creation, operation, management, service, digital security, analysis of results, sales and deliveries.

"With full commerce, CNT officially enters the Via ecosystem, offering all kinds of solutions for the industry in digital channels, associated with omnichannel, as well as fulfillment for sellers", explains Vinícius Maranhão, Director of Logistics for Digital Market at Via/CNT. He also comments that the next steps are to further scale the business and open opportunities in other segments.

On Mallory's side, Vinicius Ramalho, E-commerce Manager of the company, highlighted that the partnership will bring competitiveness and improved delivery times, especially in an increasingly competitive market. "We aim to expand and consolidate our digital operations through the boost and logistics network offered by this partnership", he added.
