Vila Olímpia will have a new mixed-use development
- Scheduled for delivery in August this year, the project is part of a partnership between developer Helbor, HBR Realty, and Toledo Ferrari.

01/05/2023 Vila Olímpia is known for being a CBD (Central Business District) region with large buildings and offices. In 2023, the area will get another mixed-use development, the W Residences São Paulo. The 6,000 sq meters plot will accommodate a hotel and various spaces in addition to the residential building.
Scheduled for delivery in August this year, the project is part of a partnership between developer Helbor, HBR Realty, and Toledo Ferrari, responsible for building the development.
The venture will have fitness spaces, restaurants, and even a coworking space in common areas.
