Vinci Logística announces the acquisition of a Distribution Center

The agreement is still subject to approval by CADE (Council of Administration and Economic Defense).

Fundo Vinci Logística announced an agreement to sell 100% of the Cachoeirinha CD for R$ 100 million, with a cap rate of 7.6% based on the last monthly NOI of January 2023 to BRL Trust Investimentos.

The agreement is still subject to approval by CADE (Council of Administration and Economic Defense). The request was filed on January 30, 2023, and the fulfillment of other conditions precedent.
