Vinci Logística announces sale of Distribution Center
- The agreement is still subject to approval by CADE (Administrative Council for Economic Defense).

01/02/2023 Vinci Logística Fund has announced an agreement to sell 100% of CD Cachoeirinha for R$ 100 million, with a cap rate of 7.6% based on the last monthly NOI in January 2023. The asset is located in the neighborhood of Porto Alegre, in the state of Rio Grande do Sul, and the buyer is BRL Trust Investimentos.
The agreement is still subject to approval by CADE (Administrative Council for Economic Defense), for which the request was filed on January 30, 2023, and the fulfillment of other preceding conditions.
