The Vinci Offices Fund, which already owned 70% of BMA Corporate, completed the acquisition of the remaining 30% of the real estate fraction of the A + building.
Located in the south zone of Rio, the building is 96% occupied and has a LEED Gold certificate, the highest sustainability certification in a building. The transaction amount was R$39,300,000.00.
